Very cute top to wear with leggings but it can also be used as a dress.  I used it as a dress for my then 1 year old, and used as a top for my almost 4 year old.

Blue with pink and white design on top quilted effect, neutral blue color for the rest of the garment, ties on each side.

Garment is in good condition, there is a slight stain on the right bottom side but is not very noticeable.

No rips, or holes.
