Looks to be 1950's period,
Whittaker Bros (Rugby) Ltd - Brewers agents Rugby & Nuneaton.
Used for Wine, Spirits & maybe large Bottles of beer.

The crate is large and has six internal sections each which takes a champagne bottle comfortably. Please see bottle for scale - Bottle NOT INCLUDED
Great looking original finish and colour - Good clear black printing.
Well made to last with dovetail joints and steel rod strengthening.
