This is a Yamaha YCL 400AD wooden clarinet.  The labels are clean and clear. The pads and cork are serviceable. You will want to adjust the keys to your liking. It comes with a Vandoren mouthpiece, cap, and ligature. It comes in the original Yamaha case which is fully functional.  Thanks
