Large original oil painting on canvas, depicting a view of Loch Creran in Argyll, on the west coast of Scotland by the renowned artist Prudence Turner (1930-2007)

Prudence Turner was born in Baluchistan, Pakistan of English parents. She took to painting at an early age and won a competition against much older children at the age of four. She lived in India, Pakistan, Egypt, France and the UK, while always improving her painting skills. Her works which she is best known for, and which are also considered to be her finest, were her oils on canvas of Scottish and Irish Lochs which feature in private collections the world over.
