A rare Collectable Antique Cast Brass eggcup sheep Bell. Estimated to be C1800.

Part of a collection that was purchased by my Grandfather from a farm sale on the South Downs East Sussex in 1921

A beautiful Cast brass eggcup bell that will make a great addition to any collection, it comes with an aged leather strap, which looks to be a possible later addition.

completely in original condition, including wear, uncleaned and untouched. The leather does show signs of  age with some cracks, see photo's. 

The bell is a beautiful item. 

A rare antique, not many have survived intact, Cast Brass was rarely used due to it's higher cost.
