The watch powers on, but when attempting to connect it to a phone, it prompts for a software update. However, the update process fails to complete.

Physically, the watch is in good condition, as shown in the attached pictures. Unfortunately, due to unresolved technical issues, we are unable to fix it, and are therefore taking appropriate action.

No accessories included only watch without strap
