DAMAGE: The device has suffered from impact. Some of the keyboard does not work - we have found 'P' and '0' do not work on the main keyboard, but '0' works on the number pad. There is a hinge missing on the left - does not affect use. FYI - There is a privacy screen cover, so this is why the screen looks darker when at a certain angle.
