Pruefer clarinet with mouthpiece that has G PRUEFER -MFR.- PPOV. R.I. double stamped on it and a Peddler case.

I believe this is a vintage item 

Lots of character on this old case and instrument - I see many marks on case - cork and pads on the instrument are okay - I can see greening on metal areas - please see photos - you know more about this woodwind instrument than I do!
