These chips are quite old from the mid to late 1950s per the timeline below. These are obsolete table used chips -these are older Paulson hat & cane mold chips in fair condition.

A bit of history.

Town Tavern opened in 1955.

Town Tavern renamed New Town Tavern in 1959.

New Town Tavern closed in 1970.

New Town Tavern reopened in 1981.

New Town Tavern renamed Ultra New Town Tavern in 1993.

Ultra New Town Tavern closed in 2010.

Ultra New Town Tavern renamed Tokyo Casino in 2016 (never reopened).

Destroyed by a fire in October 2023.

Was located in Historic West Las Vegas.
