A light cleaning was perfomed on the part but some grime, paint, dirt may be present. The part is fully functional but may have cosmetic blemishes associated with it's age and use.

This unit was removed from a functioning 1999 Toyota Camry CE with the 4 cylinder engine.

The belt was tested prior to removal by latching it into, releasing it from, the buckle. The system functioned without issue.
