This is a brand new Dorman 594-203 Harmonic Balancer designed for Toyota and Lexus 4.7L V8 models.  Box is a little ragged, but never installed.   I will list shipping with USPS Ground Advantage in case someone is fairly close, but med flat rate is $18.40 to lower 48 states.  If you need the flat rate, let me know before you pay, and I will change the listing.   Dorman shows it fits the following:
