DOC SAVAGE CLUB PIN with Original Card and Envelope

Issued by Street & Smith, publishers of "Doc Savage" pulp magazine in the 1930s.

The envelope contained a 2-7/8 x 5.25 inch stiff card that held a 3/4 inch dark bronze luster boys lapel stud w/threaded post and screw cap on the reverse. Stud shows some wear to bronze luster, but some remains.

The 3 x 5.5 inch mailing envelope has handwritten recipient address in ink and shows some aging. The top left corner has the "Doc Savage Club" logo and return address. Bottom left is a 1 1/2 cent postage stamp with New York postmark. The back of the envelope is round dated FEB 1 1937. Fine. This envelope is very rare.
