Printers may need new ink (ink-jet printers) and or a new drum or toner ( laser printers) as ink/s / toners / drums may be missing or low ink and need to be replaced. Also due to items getting bumped printer may need to have the nozzles cleaned in the maintenance menu of the printer for optimal printing. Printer settings are factory reset before shipping .
