You are considering 4 Delta controls RTS-20PS Wall mounted Room Sensors.  They have a Push Button for temporary occupied as well as a thumb dial for temperature adjustment.  These are brand new old stock.  Only taken out of the box for the photo.  The boxes are worn from being in truck stock for a bit.  I am practically giving these away just to get them out of my garage.
