The depiction of the raven skull has been used throughout history to represent the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom. In some cultures, the raven is also associated with prophecy and foresight. In Norse mythology, Odin's ravens, Huginn and Muninn were believed to have the power to see into the future and bring back information to Odin. This Viking raven skull ring is made of solid 316L surgical stainless steel. The raven skull has the Vegvisir symbol engraved on the forehead and the entire band has a high polish finish with antiquing to highlight the details. On either side of the skull is a Valknut symbol. This Norse design approximately measures 44mm wide/long at the front center by 6mm wide at the band back. The Viking raven skull ring is available in sizes 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13.
