NOTE: Please do a water test upon case arrival before bringing it underwater!

1. Refer to instructions for opening case & put a piece of tissue paper inside the case and latch it per box instructions.

2. Fill a container of water (up to 9.5ft per the IPX68 rating) and submerge the case, using weight to keep it submerged but avoiding heavy pressure on the silicone cover.

3. There will be air bubbles stuck on the sides of the phone case. Seeing them float up initially is normal and should stop after flipping the case around to release air bubbles. Keep submerged for 5-15 minutes or a time you are comfortable with.

4. After leaving it submerged, take the case out and fully dry the outer area incase water droplets outside may make it in and be confused for leakage. 

5. If you find that the tissue inside has been wet, please contact us! We will be willing to work with you to resolve the issue.

Please take caution when putting the case through heavy use underwater, and be sure to test the seal every once in a while.
