All items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For unless stated otherwise on listing.

Orders are shipped in secured packages within 1-3 working days after the Ebay payment is received

If for some reason you are not happy with the product or delivery of your parcel is late, please do not leave negative feedback - contact us first - we can work out the solution together. We will exchange the product or refund the order if the parcel is lost or damaged by delivery service.

We offer a 14 days return window for items that are listed New. If for some reason the product doesn't fit, or you don't like the live look of it you can freely return it in original retail and unused condition. Return postage would have to be paid by the buyer.

We do not accept returns for the items that are listed as Used. Only ofcourse if in rare cases it does not work we will accept the return after requesting some further information regarding fault of the item.
