This item has been tested to a pc and scanned in well

We tried the 2 different type of codes and they both scanned in each time we placed them in front of the scanner

No other tests were carried out

Item does have ties around the cable and protective clear film on the back so unsure if they are still new

They do have marks on the casing from how they have previously been stored
