I am offering a vintage 1950s SANTA CLAUS cookie jar

Made by Lefton, Japan

With original plastic wound rattan and white metal handle handle

In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or stains noted

Sprayed gold accents on the white trim to mimic fur

He holds a gold bell in his left hand and a blue gift box in his right

A few small areas of missing paint visible in the photos and also some pottery glaze crazing commensurate with age

Measures 6” tall to top of lid finial (excluding handle) and 3 1/2” across base

Marked as shown in photo with standard Lefton mark in black with model number H03574 and original Enterprise Exclusive red foil import label
