Signed by Dave Hawk on the first page inside (see pic). 


This is in Good - Very Good condition. Cover shows a little bit of wear / handling, light crease line down the middle on the back cover. There is a light stain mark on the top left corner of the cover and a few light stain marks on the first page inside (see pics). No tears or writing anywhere on it (besides the signature). Pages inside are in Excellent condition, page 7 has small stain spot on right edge. When you open up to teh first page, the cover has pulled loose some along the spine (see pic, needs a couple of drops of glue to make it better).
