This costume is handmade for a child and in used condition. Visually it appears clean and without stains/tears). Some of the white trim might need some attention. I took each measurement as best I know (I am no expert). The pictures have a ruler visible for reference. I believe this costume is made to be worn over other layers

Jacket: 38” chest; sleeve 16” from shoulder seam to end of cuff ; 12.5” from armpit seam to waist edge; 16” neck circumference.

Pants: waist 26” (with elastic); inseam 18”.

Hat: head circumference 22”.

The mustache/beard needs a little attention (see close-up photo of mustache).
