Meet “Chumley”! He’s a brand new professional studio Puppet. We love this cuddly canine!

Chumley is about 17 inches tall from his bottom to the top of his tuft of fuzzy pink hair. He has round plastic eyes, a blue nose, a red rubber tongue, and floppy ears. He’s made with strong machine sewn soft light purple fur, and has wire arm rods with handles attached to him so you can move his arms about.

He may be big but he’s SUPER lightweight and easy to operate.

This awesome pro hand and rod puppet was built by me, Sesame (Street) Workshop Puppeteer trainee, and professional Puppeteer, Paul Louis. I’m also the creator of the former nationally syndicated children’s TV series Jelly Bean Jungle. And if you are a fan of the British pop group, S Club 7, you might remember me as the actor who played “Marvin”, on their hit TV series, S Club 7 Miami. I’ve been building and performing Puppets for over 40 years now.

Chumley is a delightful character with a ton of personality., and would make a great addition to any puppet collection, puppet ministry, cabaret act, theater, or even just a new friend to laugh with.
