Vintage Hobbyist Ceramic Brown or Polar Bear Family Mama and Cubs Playing Cute!  Mama bear has small chip on one ear, not very noticeable.  These could be polar bears due to what looks like snow or ice elements.  Please see all photos. 

Item could use a nice bath, however, I always let purchaser determine best method for cleaning items.
