Book has been rebound in the 1950s (judging by the internal writing on the front page). Book had some water damage and some water staining is noted on the blank pages, but it is hardly noticeable on the maps. The front page is a bit fragile at the binding, but the rest of the book including the maps are very solid. There is a minor edge tear on pages 9 and 10.
