Vintage Devilbiss Fenton Miniature Kerosene Lamp.  Blue Feather pattern.  Font is opalescent blue with embossed feathers.  Font is in good condition with no chips or cracks.  Lamp is 3-1/4" tall to top of collar - 7-1/2" total height.
