Stunning vintage cocktail dress by Thierry Mugler. Tag makes me think it’s from the 90s. Velvet trim details on the neckline, mid section, and sleeve cuffs. Lined, back zip.

Flaws: three tiny pulls on the front of the right sleeve (see pics, they are very small). On the back of the left sleeve there is a small light spot that will come out with dry cleaning. Otherwise in great condition.
