Vintage Retro Signed Martin Boyd Australian Pottery 

Demitasse Coffee Set For 6 High Tea

This vintage Martin Boyd signed part coffee set is in very good condition

with no chips, cracks or crazing. It is finished in gloss black and pastel 

yellow. There are fourteen pieces comprising six demitasse duos, creamer

 and sugar. The cups, creamer and sugar are each signed to the 

base 'Martin Boyd.' Total set weight 1.6kg.

Martin Boyd pottery was set up in 1946 by Guy Boyd (1923-1988) along with

partners Norma and Leonard Flegg. I believe the Sydney Powerhouse Museum

holds a Martin Boyd part coffee set in its collection.
