Here for sale is a AWESOME Hard to Find New (Old Stock) Vintage 1997 Carded Tiger (c)Marvel Comics SPIDER-MAN LCD Handheld Electronic Game in Mint(New) Sealed/Unopened Condition.

Note: It is suffered a few minor fractures to the top upper central area (see pic.12 for example, around the hanging strip area) and should be duly noted/accepted prior to purchase.

Aesthetically the condition of the item is Mint (As New). It is included within the original packaging and is in new sealed/unopened condition with exception to the aforementioned fractures towards the top area (there maybe also several other small minor nicks across the outer packaging and should also be duly noted/accepted prior to purchase). There will be various marks/scratches/blemishes/discoloration/wear across the outer packaging from it's prior storage/age & prior handling but this is to be entirely expected on most used vintage games of this age. Please study the pictures carefully to see the exact item you shall receive.

Item requires 1 x (AG13/LR44) Button Cell Battery (which may be included within the packaging within this sale).

Please note that if this sealed item is opened then under NO circumstances can the item be returned for any reason whatsoever and you are agreeing to this condition upon purchase. Please make sure you are entirely happy with this condition and you are agreeing to such upon purchase.

The Item is sold as is with no returns being offered so please do study the pictures again very carefully as they form the basis of the sale and the item pictured herein is the exact item that you shall receive.

The item will be shipped usually within 5 working days after your payment has been received & cleared. It will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (Under most Circumstances). The item will be sent securely packaged and tracked for your piece of mind. Please expect around 3-4 day delivery schedule (on average) from the date of me shipping the item to you.

International Shipping (Outside of the U.K.) is available ONLY via E-bay's internal "Global Shipping Programme (GSP)" and you should only purchase if you are happy to use their delivery service and have read/understood their "terms and conditions" listed and are happy with costs incurred/quoted to you prior to your purchase when you select your "destination country" from the available list.

Please make sure you are absolutely happy with the delivery costs you will incur before making your purchase as the postage/import taxes/duty etc. are completely beyond my control and are quoted to you from E-bay and paid directly to E-bay and not myself.

In the event that the item has been found to be "Not as Described", then I shall happily accept a return and reimburse you the full item price paid but you be will expected to pay the return postage yourself. I also expect the item to come back in the exact condition it was sold to you in. I also expect that the unit has Not been opened under any circumstances prior to the return.

Please remember that eBay charges sellers 10% commission on postage in addition to the 10% that already applies on selling fees.
