Quite unique Pewter Crafters of Cape Cod bowl/dish with embedded glass.  There are six of them with three (3) of them being fish....see close up pictures of fish in photos #2, 3 & 4.  We would say this bowl/dish is sufficiently unusual and well crafted enough to call it an art piece. The "bowl" of the piece is pewter but in a form that looks almost like "cooled lava" in texture...this can be see if you zoom on the main picture.   It is approx 11 1/2" in diameter with irregular edge.  It is approx 2 1/2" tall.  This is a heavy bowl/dish.
