David Westmeier (1949-2022) was a recognized pottery artist, born in Louisville, Kentucky.
Active Ceramic Artist 1972-1996, this piece is likely from his early period.
The round bowl is 10 1/2" diameter, 3 1/2" tall and weighs aprroximately 1 pound 8 ounces.
Features hand thrown design with a spiral in the center.Multi color earth tones and copper colors.
Includes a copper wire for display/hanging. I believe this is original to the piece.
In very good condition, no cracks or chips. Slight rim wear, and a 1/4" mark about halfway from the center to the rim.
