BE AWARE on pages like "My Baptism" where it gives spaces for dates, it has the prefix 19 with a blank.  

For instance, 

I assisted at Mass in _________ Church ______ on __________19____

This includes everything a regular baby book has but also things that are important to the faith, such as when the child first says the Hail Mary, etc.
