Up for sale is a laser disc (LD) from Japan of KING KONG ESCAPES aka "King Kong's Counter-Attack"! If you've seen the English version, you know the story: The evil Dr. Who is intent on digging up a precious metal similar to uranium and tasks his King Kong robot, Mechani-Kong to do it up for him. However, the robot freezes up due to radiation so he has to kidnap the real King Kong from Mondo Island to do the work. Later, Kong and Mechani-Kong square off in Tokyo and battle on top of the Tokyo Tower!
