******* You are looking At Cox Gas Powered Dragster. It is new The Engine does not spin probably do to age. I believe with TLC this can be made into a collector quality  new dragster. The box and the plastic around the outer box is not there. The parts are sealed in the box that come with it as pictured. The instructions are there as well
