This is a lovely Ganz Cottage Collectibles bear named "Noel."  She is handcrafted and designed by the artist  Carole E. Kirby.  She is in mint condition, with the original tag attached.  The paper hang tag is bent across the middle. 

Noel has nubby dark purple fur.  She is wearing a gorgeous beige crocheted collar and matching hair accessory.  She is a rather odd-looking bear with wide-set eyes and a large bump on her forehead above her nose.  The tip of her nose is composed of beige thread.  When she is seated her legs splay out in opposite directions.  Her foot pads are done in matching purple corduroy.  Her arms, legs and head are jointed and movable.  Noel is approximately 12 1/2 inches tall.  This cute Ganz collectible has been stored in a smoke-free home.
