The SIK-B Bronze Lined Series Rod Ends are 2-piece economy female joints which have 2 components; the ball and the body. The ball is inserted into the body and the bronze liner is swaged around the ball to lock it in then loosened to allow it to move. The bronze liner allows for a smooth rotation of the hardened steel ball. These joints are typically used for applications which do not require very tight tolerances or where high strength rod ends are not required.
