My
grandfather was a dairy farmer, as was his father, and grandfather
before. They produced maple syrup on the farm, living off the land. When
the farm closed down my mother and father moved and purchased a hundred
acres of maple trees within the foothills of the Vermont Green
Mountains and set up a small scale maple sugaring operation. Over the
years we have expanded, and now our maple farm encompasses over 1000 acres of the most loved and well cared for maple trees in
the world. We have been perfecting our craft for five generations and
the contents of this package are as good as it gets. There is nothing
