Our inventory level changes constantly and may result in certain products being out of stock or backordered. If a product becomes out of stock or backordered, attempts to contact the customer will be made. When contacted you will have the option to cancel the order with a full refund or have the product shipped to you when inventory levels are replenished, usually within 30 days


Prices and Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of completion of online auction/sale, unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices are in $ Australian and include 10% GST. Because prices, product descriptions, and availability can change quickly, Five Star Music does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. Payment is available with Paypal or Credit Card & Cash upon collection

 

Delivery

We only deliver to Australia & New Zealand. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to ship within 3 working days. Larger items are delivered via courier and cannot be left until someone signs for the parcel. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O.Box addresses.

 

Warranties

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All warranty items must be returned to us at the buyers expense for warranty work. All items purchased from Five Star Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. FIVE STAR MUSIC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING
