Coppell TV Repair LLC offers you a repair kit for sustain board TNPA5349 used in Panasonic TC-P42S30 and Panasonic TC-P42ST30 plasma TVs. The other is indicated by a 7 blinks error code and is caused by shortage in Q441 and D481. In our experience you do NOT need to replace the screws for the board, but you DO need to make sure you reflow the solder on the back and top of the board where screws go as it may have gotten damaged and corrupt over time. We also recommend checking the gate resistors for all of the transistors included here; their values can actually vary from batch to batch, but they are always in the low tens of ohms in resistance (5.6 Ohm or 7.5 Ohm) and when transistors are in pairs the resistor values are the same; very rarely a resistor may blow open as a result of the shortage - if you need one let us know! We recommend using hot air gun for desoldering of the old components and either the same and/or at least 50 watt soldering iron for soldering replacements in. No soldering aids are included in the kit. Kit contents: Brand new replacements for Q401,Q402,Q421,Q422, Q600, Q441 and D481; other components may be added over time if experience reveals necessity of including them. We recommend replacing all components , but you can also selectively only replace those that test shorted on the board. SHIPPING We ship every business day. However, we do guarantee we have seen any of the components included having failed on an actual board, i.e. we guarantee that this kit is assembled by first hand experience repairing boards and not by watching YouTube, reading other listings or even merely guessing what COULD have gone bad based on experience with other boards. Some vendors do just that. We guarantee that to the best of our knowledge we are sending you new and unused components. You assume sole responsibility for the outcome of your repair attempts. Upon receiving the purchased components you can inspect and/or test them with a meter and return them if you do not like them within the period specified. Once any of the components gets installed on a board you are voiding your right of a return. If you have questions do not hesitate to ask BEFORE soldering anything! |
