This lead is designed to fit an aftermarket stereo (Pioneer, Sony, Kenwood ect) into the following vehicles that are fitted with the Audi BOSE and Chorus systems fitted as standard;

A2: 2000 to 2005

A3: 2004 to 2006 (Symphony Half Amplified)

2002 to 2004 (BOSE Fully Amplified)

2000 to 2002 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

1996 to 2000 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

A4: 2004 to 2006 (Sympony Half Amplified)

2002 to 2004 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

2002 Onwards (Chorus Unit Only)

2000 to 2002 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

1999 to 2000 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

1995 to 1999 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

A6: 2002 to 2004 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

1994 to 2002 (BOSE Rear Amplified)

A harness adaptor lead allows you to install a car radio of your choice with out cutting any of the existing car wiring. This lead comes supplied with 2 RCA connections (as seen in the picture above) to connect to your unit. Please make sure that the unit you are fitting as at least 1 RCA pre-out if you intend to use this lead. An ISO version of this lead is also avalible from our shop.

Please note, this lead is for the AMPLIFIED systems on these vehicles only. As you will see we have listed above the systems that lead will fit and in which vehicles they are used in. If you are having trouble identifying this, please contact your local dealer.

This lead will not allow you to continue using the controls on your steering column, however we do supply the adaptors to connect your new unit to these controls.  Please contact us for advice on the correct part for your vehicle.

This ISO lead will not allow you to view the radio information on the dashboard display, however the other information will continue to work as normal.
