How order works?

All lounge suites (apart from floor stock to clear) will be handcrafted according to your specification after the initial deposit,

and please allow 2-4 weeks for fabric lounges, and 4-6 weeks for leather lounge suite, also it will subject to fabric / leather availability at the time of purchase.

 

=> Discuss any alternation of sizes / configuration via email with us

=> Choose the fabric and color you like to proceed with

If you are to choose the fabric and the color included in the swatch in the listing sample, it is SAME PRICE!

Please also be aware that the colours represented either on the lounge suite / in the swatch are for guide only, which has been digital reproduced, and might vary due to monitor resolution

We don’t send out samples, but you are more than welcomed to request samples from Fabric Company Directly if preferred

If you are not completely happy with what we offered in the listing, feel free to contact us to explore more fabric options! 

=> Enquiry with Freight Charges, especially if you are interstate or in regional NSW.

=> Click “buy it now” or “Bid” on the item/s, make a note with any changes required. 

=> Once it comes to the sale, we will send you confirmation email with all changes required, together with payment details if required. 

=> 30% Deposit is required to start with the production, which can be paid via PayPal, Direct Deposit. 

=> Once the lounge suite is completed for delivery or pick up, we will then be in touch to arrange delivery, and the balance is due prior.

Delivery Information

Customers are to ensure the access of the lounge suite prior purchasing.

Sydney Lounge Specialist will not be responsible for return items for unfitted measurement or access point approved by customer.

Customers are also responsible for any freight and modification charges if applied.

 

Pick up is always free of charge from Wetherill Park showroom

Delivery within Sydney Metro Area is flat rate at $80 - (Special rate of $60 may applies for small items such as ottoman)

Interstate or regional NSW customers please contacts us for precise quote with your postcode, and items interested in.

Sydney Lounge Specialist reserves the right to cancel the listing or purchase and relist the item, if the payment is not received within 14 days.

Please check all the entry point to the property prior purchasing, we not accept any returns or exchanges due to the size cannot fit through the access way.
