3 Packs of Natural Hog Sausage Casings.  Enough for 75 lbs of meat

Quality Hog casings that are preserved with salt.  Each package is enough casing for 25 lbs of meat.   Link diameter is approx 1 1/4" - 1 1/2".  Each order is for 3 packages.  Use the 3/4" dia. stuffing tube for best results.  Store unused casings in refrigerator for up to 2 years.  Stuffing tubes are available in our store for virtually all meat grinders and manual stuffers.

Hog casing is simply better for making your own sausage.  Simply, soak the casings in warm water for 30 minutes until soft and pliable.  Run warm water through the casings before use.  Then slide casings on the stuffing tube.  Fill with your own seasoned meat recipe.  Store unused casings in resealable bag in refrigerator.
