For international shipments, we use the Ebay Global Shipping Program.  We will ship you item to an Ebay freight forwarding warehouse here in the states and then Ebay takes control, generates a new tracking # and forwards the shipment to your destination.  If your order has been refused delivery and is shipping back, it is shipping back to Ebay, not us.
