We send all our parts through a variety of courier and postal service depending on weight and size. All items are covered by transit insurance. There is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times vary acording to distance from our warehouse in Melbourne.

For "Pick-up Only" items, please call or message us to pre-arrange an agreed time to collect your item. YouÕll need proof of purchase such as a print out of your payment transaction on eBay before collecting your item from our warehouse.

All FTG Nissan items are brand new and have a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive an incomplete, incorrect or faulty item contacts us through the eBay Messaging System including a photo of the item (or part) within 7 days to obtain a Return Authority. We will arrange a swift exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate. In the case of a faulty item we offer a full refund and will reimburse the cost of return postage.

If  you are not happy with any FTG Nissan item, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days, and we will give a a refund. (Sorry but shipping costs are non refundable).
