Up for your consideration are 4 Each New Old Stock (NOS) .70 KOH-I-NOOR Black Rapidograph Black Plotter Pins 64NDHO 01B.  For use with Hwelet Packard 75XX Series and similar lotters. 

Plotter pens are new and come in factory packaging.  These were used at my construction office until we upgraded our plotter/printer. I took a pen or two and cut open to make sure the ink was still good.  Ink is good and pens are guaranteed not to be DOA. 

I have included pictures of all the pen's packaging to show the condition of the factory packaging that the pens come in.  The pictures with all eight (8) packages are just for reference. This listing is only for a package four (4) pens but wanted everyone to see condition of packaging.
