Fantastic Old Norwegian Baby Spoon from Olso Norge 1956

Handle is a tall stork standing on a castle keep.  The spoon has a image of a clock with the birth time and date of the original owner - 8:00 November 11, 1956 - it bears the title 'fodsels data' with I think may mean birth information in Norwegian.  One of the clock weights is stamped '47 cm' the other '12 mrk' - I suspect that is some kind of information about the parents.  The back of the handle of the spoon is beautifully engraved "James Paul Babcock Oslo Norge".  The stamped Hallmark reads: "N 830S -a symbol I cant quite make out- NM".  It appears to be made of plated brass.  The condition is excellent vintage used condition - the patterns are clear, there is some wearing of the metal plating and oxidation.  All in all this is a very nifty little piece of history with lots of clues that could be followed up to learn more.  The design is very sweet.Would make a awesome addition to a spoon collection.
