Once you have ordered and paid
please send us the following information
by filling in form below or sending us the details in an ebay message.

Production Process Explained
 
Once payment and details are received, we will email a proof to your personal email address, (please ensure we have a current address).
 
Only reply to the email if you want to make changes, if we don't hear from you within 48 hours we will assume it is OK and prepare the item for print.
 
If we have all the information and we don't hear from you, we will print and dispatch your order.
 
If we need further information we will also send you an ebay message requesting the details. Please reply as soon as possible.
 
It may still take up to 10 days to dispatch your order during the very busy times of the year.

If you want anything changed we would ask for a reply as soon as possible so that we can make the changes to the item and dispatch.
 
If we have all the information and we don't hear from you, we will print your order within 10 days of sending the proof.
