Returns Policy:

ZEST return policy allows for products purchased from ZEST and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned by you after contacting Customer Support via the eBay Message Center during the 14 day period following date of shipment by ZEST for a refund of: 

 

1.  full purchase price actually paid      If you want to return the item because you do not like it: shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

2.  full purchase price plus shipping     If you have received damaged, defective merchandise or wrongfully stocked order.

 

Products must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to ZEST. 

Damage and missing-part restocking fees may apply. If you return a Product to ZEST  beyond the 14 period, or (iii) without proper packaging, ZEST retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to one weeks for ZEST to credit your account.

Attention INTERNATIONAL Buyers: For all international buyers, we're not responsible for any international customs fees or duties of the destination Country. Refuse of the package will lead to buyers 20% of the total price, loss of shipping, insurance, and return delivery charges.

International Shipping: We ship items USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days) or Express Mail International. We will not ship First Class Mail International as we are not able to track and confirm packages if they become lost. 

Domestic Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days
