These plates come in various sizes to cover a range of openings, and can be cut down on installation with moderate DIY skills or you can choose "cut to size" and we will cut the plate to your requirements, any shape, size, hole and position (max size 1100 x600, if you require larger please ask as it incurs extra shipping costs ) simply select the BESPOKE option in the drop down size menu above
We are HETAS and Gas Safe registered stove installers so these plates are made from over 35 years of experience, for ease of installation and longevity. If your chimney does not have a flexible flue liner you will require at least one soot door / sweeping hatch, these are far superior to others you may have seen on eBay. Hatches need to have a functional doors for sweeping and maintenance of the chimney, a thin steel plate with self tapping screws WILL NOT LAST! Our soot doors are purpose made strong covers that are bolted on to the register plate with zinc plated bolts and captive nuts, which will last for years. You can choose none, one or two doors in the drop down menu
Kit comprises of the register plate and 4 x angle fixing brackets as standard (this is not a frame but 4 individual brackets). A 330ml cartridge of black fire cement and soot door with bolts can be ordered by using drop down menus.
Simply select the size of board and flue hole you need, then select a sweeping hatch or two hatches (bolt on hatch) and then the fire cement if required.
If you need us to cut your plate select the bespoke (cut to size), then put the size of board you need and the hole size (tell us its position if its not in the centre), in the NOTES TO SELLER box when completing the payment or by using eBay messaging "contact seller". If the shape is complex please send us a sketch by attaching a photo/file in the message, the last two photos are made to measure examples.
