Knife is stainless steel. It will not rust. Measures 1 7/8" tip-to-tip. 3/16" thick. 10.4 mm center square hole. We also have new replacement round grinding plates and sausage stuffing tubes to fit your grinder attachment in our store. Need a sausage stuffing tube? We have 3 sizes available in our store. Stainless Steel tubes.....not plastic.
