Returns Policy
If
you wish to return your item then you may do so within 7 days of
receiving the item.
The item must be returned in the exact
state that you received it. We will not accept a returned item if it has
been opened, used or the original packaging isn’t completely in tact.
If you purchase an item, open it, and then use it but realised it is the
wrong item we will not accept a return or provide a refund. It is your
responsibility to make sure the product is exactly what you want and if
you are uncertain about the listing or the item you must not hesitate to
email us or call us to make sure.
If you return your item it
should be sent by a secured and tracked postage method and you will be
responsible for the charges. If you do not send the item by this method
we will not provide a refund. Be aware that returning the item is at
your own risk. If we do not receive the returned item we will not
provide a refund. If we receive the returned item and it is damaged then
we will not provide a refund. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to
make sure we receive the item in the same condition it was sent out.
Refunds
will be issued when we have received the item back from you in the same
state we sent it out. Postage charges will not be refunded unless there
is an error on our part.
